Location:

Services are provided onsite daily in within the campus fitness centre in private rooms separate from the exercise facilities.

NOTE: Since we are located in the fitness centre all WestJet employees wishing to make use of our services will be required to complete the online fitness centre orientation. To complete the orientation go to Westnet>Our Company>Our Campus

Massage:                         Monday-Friday                        10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Chiropractic:                   Tuesday & Thursday               11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Metabolic Testing:          Tuesday & Thursday               11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Custom Foot Orthotics:  Tuesday & Thursday               11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Registered Dietician:      Friday                                         9:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Physiotherapy:                Monday                                     10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Fees:

All fees are available for review by going to westjet.janeapp.com and selecting the desired treatments.

Direct billing is not currently available.  Submission for reimbursement is a quick and simple process done online.

​

NOTE: The initial fee for chiropractic will be reduced to a subsequent visit fee if you have ever seen a chiropractor in the past and are wishing to continue care at the campus location for convenience.

Payment For Services:

·      The payment for services are due when services are rendered.

·      Preferred form of payment is by Credit Card and Interac but Cash and Cheques will also be accepted.

·      Receipts will be issued and may be submitted for reimbursement to the insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Scheduling A Visit:

When scheduling your first visit please keep the following in mind:

• Remember to complete the necessary forms online before coming to your appointment

• When scheduling an initial chiropractic appointment

              · If you have never seen a chiropractor prior to this visit choose “First Visit – No Prior Chiro”(40 Min, $100.00)

              · If you have seen a chiropractor prior to this visit choose “First Visit – Prior Chiro Patient”(40 Min, $54.00)

              · If you have seen Dr. Sembrat prior and for all future appointments choose “Chiro Treatment”(20 Min, $54.00)

• When scheduling a Custom Fitted Foot Orthotic Assessment

              · We do not charge for the assessment itself

              · The only charge occurs if the orthotics are ordered

• When scheduling a Registered Dietician appointment for the first time

              · There is no charge for the initial consultation

              · The only charge occurs if it is decided that you would like to enroll in one of the programs
