Chiropractic:                           Every Second Wednesday       2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Metabolic Testing:                  Every Second Wednesday       2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Body Composition Testing:    Every Second Wednesday       2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Custom Foot Orthotics:          Every Second Wednesday       2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Fees:

The fees for services administered onsite at the Calgary campus will be at a 10% reduced rate when compared to our regular clinic fees.

​

This reduced rate will also apply to WestJetters and their immediate family members at our Parkdale clinic location as well but appointments for our Parkdale location must be booked by phone at this time.

​

NOTE: The initial fee for chiropractic will be reduced to a subsequent visit fee if you have seen a chiropractor in the past and are wishing to continue care at the Swoop location for convenience.

Payment For Services:

·      The payment for services are due when services are rendered.

·      Payment can be made by Credit Card and Interac.

·      Receipts will be emailed and may be submitted for reimbursement to the insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Scheduling A Visit:

When scheduling your first visit please keep the following in mind:

• You will need to create a profile to book online at swoop.janeapp.com prior to being able to schedule an appointment

• If you already have a profile from the Westjet campus you can continue to use that profile to book at Swoop

• Remember to complete the necessary forms online before coming to your appointment

• If an appointment type is not showing in the menu as a choice there is not enough time available for that type of appointment

• When scheduling an initial chiropractic appointment

              · If you have never seen a chiropractor prior to this visit choose “First Visit – No Prior Chiro”(40 Min, $90.00)

              · If you have seen a chiropractor prior to this visit choose “First Visit – Prior Chiro Patient”(40 Min, $49.50)

              · If you have seen Dr. Sembrat prior and for all future appointments choose “Chiro Treatment”(20 Min, $49.50)

• When scheduling a Custom Fitted Foot Orthotic Assessment

              · We do not charge for the assessment itself

              · The only charge occurs if the orthotics are ordered​

• VO2Max testing is NOT AVAILABLE at the Swoop offices

• When scheduling a Resting Metabolic Rate Testing

              · There are requirements to fast from food and drink as well as avoidance of exercise prior to the test
