IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT

We are happy to continue to provide care for our patients.  We feel that we are able to do this safely since we have a low volume of patients and know our patients well. We are regularly cleaning the patient areas and equipment with a viricidal spray and disposable cloths between every patient in accordance with the guidelines provided by our regulatory college and Alberta Health.

Please ensure that you have not had any symptoms consistent with COVID - 19 such as fever, new or changed cough/sore throat/runny nose/loss of taste or smell/shortness of breath not related to a known or prexisting condition.  

 

If you have any of these symptoms please cancel your appointment, self isolate and call HealthLink at 811 and rebook for a future date after you have been symptom free and have self isolated for 2 weeks.

Please come for your appointment at the scheduled time and wait in your vehicle until your appointment time and try to enter the clinic as close to your scheduled time as possible.  

Please use the hand sanitzer provided when you enter and exit the clinic and/or wash your hands in the bathroom.
