Resting Metabolic Testing

If we know how many calories we burn and we have a knowledge of how many calories we consume (eat), then we have a useful tool to work with when we are looking at changing our weight.

Body Composition Testing

Body composition analysis is a physical test that measures the proportion of the various components of a person's body.

The human body is comprised of water, protein, fat, and minerals — but for most purposes, it is the level of fat compared to lean mass that is of interest.

Baseline Metabolics is dedicated to helping individuals assess their baseline and followup measurements related to weight loss and fitness.

Their goal is to help individuals understand the importance of knowing their individual analytical measurements in the areas of Resting Metabolic Rate, Respiratory Exchange Ratio, VO2 Max Testing and Body Composition Analysis.

V02 Max Testing

The single most critical factor that determines the benefit of aerobic exercise is intensity – how hard you exercise.

Training at the correct intensity for each type of workout optimizes the body's response, giving you the greatest workout efficiency.

Most people exercise too hard. Whether attempting to improve endurance, lose weight, or increase sustainable speed,

almost everyone goes harder than is ideal.
